I’m DeAnna Cody, Founder and CEO, and I’m truly excited to welcome you into a space built on leadership, resilience, growth, and real-life experience.

Recently, I found myself reflecting after coaching an 11- and 12-year-old girls softball game. Still dressed in my coaching gear, I realized something important—what I teach through RML Group is not limited to boardrooms, classrooms, or presentations. It is lived daily through mentorship, service, leadership, patience, accountability, and growth.

Those young ladies remind me constantly that leadership is bigger than a title. Leadership is influence. It is consistency. It is showing up even when life is demanding. It is being willing to learn while simultaneously teaching others.

At RML Group, we believe resilient leadership begins from within. It is about how you respond under pressure, how you navigate challenges, how you communicate with others, and how you continue moving forward with purpose despite adversity.

This company was built to help individuals, teams, organizations, youth, and professionals develop practical leadership and resilience skills that create lasting impact. Through consulting, workshops, speaking engagements, coaching, and mentorship, our mission is to help people lead confidently, think clearly, and perform effectively in every environment they encounter.

What makes R&ML Group different is that our foundation is built on lived experience and proven leadership. With over two decades of senior-level leadership experience, mentorship, operational management, coaching, and workforce development, I understand both the challenges and responsibilities that come with leading people.

But one of the greatest lessons leadership has taught me is this:
